Perfect for Thanksgiving or any other time. We had this very sustaining and nourishing pumpkin bread in LA gifted to us by our friends during the NAZC Congress in 2014. It was great warm or cold. Cake-like texture and very moist.

Makes 4 small & 3 medium loaves
Ingredients
- 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 ½ cups wondra flour
- 1 ½ tsp nutmeg/cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1lb. can pumpkin
- 2 ½ cup walnuts
Method
- Mix all above
- Grease and flour pans
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
